Pretty soon we will be offering my friend, (Judy) "Just Beachy's" creations on the Caron's Beach House website - look for her incredible sea shell art creations in the very near future.
In the meantime, I just have to show you a photo she sent me from her deck this past week during a rare snowfall on the water in Puget Sound. This is Judy and Gordon's deck overlooking the water - actually just steps to the beach! When Tom and I were invited to their house just after Christmas we were blown away by how close the sea lions swam next to their bulkhead.
Very very excited to be able to introduce Judy's art in the next few weeks! Here's just a quick sample of one of her creative shell wreaths -

Oh my gosh, that snow photo is amazing! I've never been to a beach with snow, but it's on my Sand Pail List of things to do in my lifetime.
I was by earlier to get your URL to add to my post today. I introduced Ryan today after finding his blog through you several weeks ago. I love his recipes and those fish pictures.
I wanted to comment on that seaglass you found, grandma taught me to call them mermaid tears, and before I made it back, you have up another post, lol.
Growing up on the Pacific, we found so much sea glass, it's nice to know there's still some there. We seldom find it here in Florida and nothing near as nice as those you collected so quickly. I also love the river rocks we'd find in So Cal, smoothed by the water and so pretty.
Judy's art is beautiful and inspiring, can't wait to see more.
Have a fab weekend on your side of the States. It's even cold here in Sunny Florida, but we have NO snow.
Thanks, Caron, for sharing our Gig Harbor snow scene. We woke up the next morning to see snow on the sand all the way to the water's edge. It's such a rare and beautiful sight. But, I have to admit, I was happy that it melted and didn't ice over this time. This is a Just Beachy weekend, and I'm so looking forward to being a part of Caron's Beach House soon.
What a wonderful photo. Thanks for sharing. I can't wait to see her art.
Gorgeous posting. And I want to just step INTO the COMPUTER on the posting below...that beach, that glass! I'm so glad that you have found your little bit of heaven in N. Cali!
What a beautiful photo and how amazing to live so close to the sea like that and see the sea lions play!! Her art is beautiful, can't wait to see more!
If a photo could illustrate the word "magic" this photo would be the illustration.
Gorgeous Photo!!
Love your blog, and I think I found you once before and then lost you! So glad I found you again ... and OOOH, that SEAGLASS!!! Especially the Ike & Mike - what a find.

Wow. That's insane. I can't wait to see more of Judy's art. Am loving your shop too Caron and your new look blog. I'm sorry I've been so slow in coming back to life as Julia from Drawn to The Sea said, I've been on "island time" and have found it hard getting back into a routine. Happy New Year. It's going to be a great one. Pruxxx
